A temporary road closure has been put in place to allow Cumberland Council to carry out highway works which are expected to commence 1st July 2024 and anticipated to take 5 days to complete.

Location: U1113 Monkhill from its junction with the U1111 Beaumont to its junction with the C2042 Monkhill.

Alternative Route: via the U1111 and C2042 and a way for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.
